Refund Policy

Our pricing page says "transparent pricing, no weekly traps, cancel anytime" — this page is where we prove we mean it.

1. The Short Version

• First subscription payment: full refund within 7 days, no questions asked.
• Cancel anytime: cancellation stops all future charges immediately.
• No partial auto-renewals you didn't notice.

2. First Payment

If Daily Oracle is not for you, email us within 7 days of your first monthly or annual payment and we will refund it in full. You do not need to explain why. We would rather return your money than keep a reluctant subscriber.

3. Renewals

If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, email us within 7 days of that charge. If you have not meaningfully used the service since it (we can see reading counts, nothing more), we will refund it in full.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation is immediate and requires no notice period. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for; nothing further is ever charged.

5. How to Request

Email hello@dailyoracle.ai with the address you subscribed with. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, typically within 3–5 business days depending on your bank.

6. What We Ask in Return

One thing only: if you refund, tell us what didn't work — one line is enough. It helps us make the service better. This is a request, not a condition.
